1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CROSSFITOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

CROSSFITOS provides a website builder, landing page CMS, membership and gift card storefront, and desktop kiosk app for gym owners.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Payments and Fees

Fees for paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled according to our partner agreement terms. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR).

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using CROSSFITOS. The platform itself, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by A.S. CodeLabs.

6. Limitation of Liability

CROSSFITOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the platform to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with notice. Upon termination, you can export your data within 30 days. After that, data may be permanently deleted.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
